Dr. Ajinkya Desale is son of Late Dr. Babasaheb Bhaskarrao Sadashiv Desale and Dr. Mangala Bhaskarrao Desale. His Mother and Father are not only well known in Sakri their home town but also North Maharashtra region for their medical treatments and social work. Dr. Bhaskar Desale founded Desale hospital in Sakri for providing medical facility in Sakri, rural area of Dhule district. Dr. Ajinkya is also following his father's footstep by rendering his medical services. Today Dr. Ajinkya Desale is leading Joint Replacement Surgeon in Nashik and North Maharashtra region.

He completed his MBBS from prestigious B.J. Medical College and Sassoon General Hospital, Pune with first class. After his MBBS he completed his M.S. in ortho form prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai with First Class. Dr Ajinkya Desale completed D.N.B. in ortho from National Board of Medical Education, Delhi. He got Fellowship in Sports Medicine and Joint Preservation Surgery from Italy. He also completed Advanced Training in Computer Assisted Knee Replacement.
